BCCDA offers customized ETHICS AND THEORIES courses for groups, teams and organizations around British Columbia to meet their specific timelines and location needs. We offer two packages; 1.) ETHICS AND THEORIES FOR INDIVIDUALS -MARCH 2023 (Online)
Please come join us to take Career Development ETHICS AND THEORIES courses with Karen Begemann, Career Consultant & Instructor at Douglas College and Work Matters Consulting. We offer $640 (+ 5% tax) for both Ethics and Theories courses. The courses can be taken together or separately.
BCCDA Ethics and Theories courses will provide you with essential foundations needed by career development practitioners working in a wide range of contexts. Review and learn to apply traditional, contemporary and emerging career development theories. Gain a thorough understanding of the Canadian Standards & Guidelines Code (CSG) of Ethics for Career Development Practitioners and practice using the CSG Ethical Decision Making Model to solve common ethical dilemmas. Please note that classes are subjected to change.

Virtual Live Sessions (Zoom):

Online Participation via LinkedIn: approx. 1-2 hours (To be completed by Mar. 10, 2023)

Requirements for Courses:-
Complete all pre-reading/preparation prior to course start
Students need to have access to a reliable computer for the duration of the course
Have Zoom (free version) downloaded prior to the course
Have reliable and fast enough internet connection to run Zoom (1-5 mbps is recommended)
Understand that attendance for Zoom Sessions and group work are mandatory to pass the course (see dates above)
Have an active LinkedIn account for online participation
